Why I don't blog.

Sometimes we are just relaxin
other times playing with friends
or out flying kites.

Wow life is busy. I haven't written in forever  'cause now we live next to tons of our family. So they already know my life and kids and whats going on around here. But there are others (like my parents) that aren't here to know whats up.
And, I want to keep this like a journal...so here goes my life.

In November, I was called to be primary chorister. Funny, huh? My husband is a professional chorister. I don't even sing. In fact, I really don't even know how to lead. When I was a teenager, Id just use my arm and write my name in cursive in the air. And whenever I've been in any sort of choir, I don't really sing. I just mouthe the words "watermelon cantaloupe" over and over. And it looks like I sing. Funny I was chorister. I had to sing in front of children and stuff. Poor little things. But I had fun doing all sorts of silly silly things. Like wearing a hat and lifejacket for fishing. and having weeks we just sang wiggley songs the whole time. Or the same 2 songs over and over so they'd learn them.

In February, Jerom turned 8. Can you believe it? I feel so old!!!
and its so hard to look at the camera on such an exciting day...

My parents came for the weekend, just to be here for his baptism.
can you believe he's a scout? We went to our first activity...he was too shy to do anything.

It was so great.

We went to some sweet indian ruins like this
and this
 and this.

We also had our friends the Harris' come. THey were our family when we lived in PA. The summer we moved back to AZ, they moved next door to New Mexico. It was fabulous to see them again.

Joey and Jerom were brothers.

Avery and Emalie were sisters.

Chloe and Makenna fought over toys like siblings.

We love their family. And they made the journey to be here for Jeroms baptism. I am so thankful for good family and friends. Would you believe we had their family and our family squished into one house? 10 people. 1 bathroom. We practically had to schedule when potty time was.

His baptism went great; I wish I had more pictures. Oh well. You shoulda been there. We had tons of family and kids under 8.

I'm so happy for him! Good times.

Another crazy thing happened...just as I was getting used to singing in front of children, I was called to be primary president.
EEEEKKKKKKK!!!!!!
I was really mad at the bishop for a few weeks. I think I got over it finally.

Its seriously so hard to teach children, be in charge of like 20 adults, and manage sundays. I won't go into the gory details of it all...I am so thankful for my fabulous counselors. And the amazing teachers that put up with me. And my poor husband listening to me thru it all.

Last month my sister took family pictures for us. She is amazing. THey are so good I am only going to share one. HA!! Eventually I'll share more. Maybe. OR just come over to my house. One day I'll be able to pick favorites and put them on my walls. Its so hard to decide.

Seriously? sorry I don't know how to rotate. LOL. Turn your head please. Thanks.
